The Specified Disease Rider provides a lump sum benefit for each insured person upon diagnosis of certain specified diseases. The amount payable is 100% for each specified disease multiplied by the selected benefit amount.
Policy provisions relative to the Additional Diagnosis Benefit apply to this rider.
Eligible Persons: Employee, spouse, insured children and dependent grandchildren
Benefit Amount: Same as selected for the policy; each specified disease is payable once per lifetime for each insured person
